Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a skill certification component to enable Indian youth to take on industry relevant skill certification which will help them to secure a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills can register themselves and get assessed and certified under the RPL component of PMKVY. It focuses mainly on individuals engaged in unregulated sectors.
Through RPL Up-Skilling Training Program, we help organisations assess, train and upgrade the skill levels of their workforce, within the NSQF framework. Certification of skills, whether acquired formally or informally empowers individuals to monetize them in the job market. Enhancing irreplaceable practical knowledge, we have already trained over 3,500 candidates across 5 sectors in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Odisha.
